Sales & Marketing

Sales & Marketing is responsible for product management, market research and new product application programs. Here is where new accounts are being established and business relationships are being enhanced.

Human Resources

Human resources is responsible for recruitment processes, relevant training courses, timekeeping and employee relations administration, compensation & benefits program and special projects to ensure the creation of highly motivated, productive and disciplined workforce.

Administration

Administration is in charge of finance control& budget planning, bills processing, not to mention service vehicles, janitorial & administrative building maintenance, courier services, photocopiers and staff house.

Supply Chain Management and Information Technology

They are responsible for the company’s supply chain to support efficient and profitable operations to make sufficient contributions toward total customer satisfaction.

Office of the VP-Plant Operations

They ensure that production targets are met with the most efficient utilization of JGSPC hardware & software resources. The daily activities of the operation, security of the plant and personnel and community assistance projects are also their concern.

Operation Support/Safety

They are responsible in activities supporting operations particularly in the areas of technical training, process safety and ISO management. Industrial safety, environment protection, and fire fighting are also their concern.

Manufacturing- PE/PP Operations

They ensure that the production targets are met with the most efficient and safe utilization of manpower, equipment and material resources.

Utilities and Tank Farm (UTF)

UTF is in-charge of the Tank Farm facilities. They are also responsible for jetty operations, seawater facilities, cooling water system and wastewater treating.

Packaging

The control of stock level of bag making and packaging materials are their main concern. They also ensure that finished products are properly packed and turned-over to warehouse.

Maintenance

They support the operations for stable and proper operation, troubleshooting and maintenance of mechanical and electrical/instrumentation equipment of the plant. They also establish maintenance program to achieve maintenance goals.

Laboratory/QA/QC

Laboratory is responsible for quality assurance and quality control in order to deliver outlooks that fully meet the requirements of both operations and external customers.

Process Engineering

They support the operations group in maintaining low cost but high production output, monitoring and analysis of production data, planning for the improvement of production efficiency, production output and product quality.

Product Research & Development &Technical Services

They are responsible for customer complaint resolution, product application development, product development, product improvement, product literature development, product testing, raw material qualification, as well as technical service testing/investigation/experimentation.
