The TMT facilitates product and raw material-related processes which have direct impact on customer satisfaction: customer complaint resolution, product application development and technical service investigation relevant to the first two processes.  Participates in product improvement, product development and raw material pre-qualification/ approval/ disqualification through obtaining/ preparing samples (for testing by the Technical Service Laboratory) using customers' equipment.  Participates in sending out samples to Univation, Dow and other raw material or technology providers, including document preparation.
