TECHNICAL MANAGEMENT TRAINEE

 
  RESPONSIBILITIES
 

Assist in customer complaint investigations and provide other customer technical support services to Sales and Marketing to positively impact customer satisfaction and the company bottom line.

   
  REQUIREMENTS
 

BS Chemical Engineering, Materials Science or Chemistry

 With experience in polymer or plastics or equivalent an advantage
 Must have effective communication, leadership, and team skills, as well as good interpersonal and customer relations skills
 Must be an effective trainer
