| | Oversees processing and implementation of allprojects – CAPEX & OPEX assigned. Evaluates/assess the technical aspects ofall projects assigned and recommends the best proposal according to companypolicies. Monitors and ensures all projects/works are done as per quality andsafety standard. Coordinates with Mechanical Execution Superintendent forpreparation of Inspection and Test Plan, Welding Procedures, and overall QualityAssurance system related to all projects assigned as deemed required.Coordination with any customer representatives to resolve any problems of theproject workmanship. Attends Pre-Inspection and Project Inspection meeting forconfirmation of project QA/QC requirements and responsible for maintainingproper records to demonstrate that allrequirements are met. Coordinates/leads QC Inspectors in monitoring the variousquality control and activities of the project. Visiting contractors andsub-contractors whenever deemed necessary. Design conceptualization of allapproved REWs and MODFORMs. Coordinates and/or supervisesexecution/implementation of all approved major and minor in-house projects asdeemed necessary upon instruction by the Department Head. Review ofnon-conformances and follow-up for approval of repair to contractors andsub-contractors whenever necessary. Prepares the yearly Maintenance CAPEXBudget Proposal. All Other activities as deemed necessary. |
