SR.ICE TECHNICIAN

 
 JOB QUALIFICATIONS
 

BSdegree, preferably licensed; with at least 2 years relevant experience or

 

Vocational/trade school graduate with at least 3years relevant experience

 

Knowledgeablein maintenance of:
DCS, PLC, field instrumentation, telecommunications equipment, control andon/off valves, process and lab analyzers, nuclear instrumentation, fire/gasprotection and detection systems, fire suppression systems, control loopturning/optimization, electrical motors, switchgear, power distribution andrelated systems.

   
 JOB SUMMARY
 

TheICE Technician is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of ICE(Instrumentation, Controls & Electrical) equipment and systems.Responsibilities include coordination of activities in all areas of ICEsystems, as well as troubleshooting, repair, project implementation, upgradesand process revisions. He/she reviews spare parts inventories and usage andensures these are available when needed and prepares/delivers training coursesas required.

(Note: ICE Technician areassigned to specific areas of responsibility, but may be required to work inother areas to support operational requirements – refer to  section-V of this document for details).
