The Production Planning Engineer is responsible for the effective translation of sales forecasts from Marketing to feasible and economical production runs in PE and PP Plants.  He/She also develops and improves the production schedules, monitors the supply of production raw materials, arrival of olefins, monitors inventory levels of finished goods, raw materials, coordinates new grades with Technical Consultants, and preventive maintenance schedules with Maintenance Department.  Prepares the Daily Executive Summary and Monthly Manufacturing reports for submission to upper Management.
