Responsible in supervising directly the foremen and mechanical technicians, mechanics, machinist, heavy equipment operator, tinsmith, welders, fabricators, pipe fitters, rigger, scaffolders, carpenters, and painters, in carrying out approved Mechanical Maintenance and fabrication works. Generates input to department’s budget preparation. Sees to it that jobs are executed following the established standard procedures and completed as scheduled.
