Operates the Tank Farm facilities and oversees the operation of flare and raw water treating plant.  Responsible for jetty operations, seawater facilities, cooling water system and waste water treating.  Performs routine checks and takes the reading on tanks auto gauges and meters.  Takes hand gauges on bunker fuel tanks, carries out physical inspection and line up of all equipment, does minor maintenance tasks, prepares daily raw materials and bunker fuel oil inventory and performs housekeeping on assigned areas.
