DEPARTMENT SECRETARY (PRDTS)
 
 JOB QUALIFICATIONS
 

College graduate, preferably BSC or Secretarial Administration

 Minimum of one (1) year experience in secretarial work
 Computer proficient
 Able to operate fax machine, photocopier
 Good human and customer relations, administrative and team skills
 Assertive, smart and systematic
 Patient and hardworking
   
 JOB SUMMARY
 

Receives and records (and sends to the next responsible person) all sales requests, documents and samples in relation to batch selection, customer complaints resolution, product application development and product development. Upon technical closure of any of the above processes, forwards the documents to Sales and Marketing. Organizes the Product Technology Library.  Performs clerical and administrative tasks and maintains confidentiality of information pertaining to the department.
