·         Develop Welding Pre- Qualification requirement (WPQR) and Welding Procedure Specification (WPS).

·         Plan, develop and implement appropriate QA/QC resources, internal, external and surveillance audit programs, including project continual improvement processes, to meet project quality needs and audit activities in all project phases.

·         Develop and implement Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) as per project requirement.

·         Define and manage quality requirements and activities to ensure contractor quality control, evaluate contractor quality tender submissions and make recommendations/decisions on appropriate technical options

·         Issue Non-Conformance Report on any deviation of material supply and work execution not in accordance with project specification.

·         Coordinate with other function managers all QA/QC activities to ensure correct implementation of project guidelines and processes and procedures, contracts and quality audits

·         Engineering graduate

·         At least 10 years experience in construction/ EPC projects and plant/process execution related QA/QC activities in the oil and gas, petrochemical or related industries

·         Must have thorough knowledge of relevant quality assurance and/or quality control methods and practices; international codes, standards, and procedure to ensure project quality objectives are met

·         Willing to work in Batangas
